2020 actually feels just like the yr of fact-checking. Practically each tweet that President Trump sends into the abyss is emblazoned with a Twitter disclaimer about information or the election. Whereas we recognize that the positioning is trying to stop misinformation, it is extremely disheartening that we have gotten so far. Fortuitously, there are some web jokesters which were taking this dystopian disclaimer scenario and creating some fairly humorous parodies of the flagged tweets. Many of the parodies need to do with historic figures, poking enjoyable at how their adversaries or society would flag their takes. Others use acquainted characters from fandoms equivalent to Lord of the Rings or Star Wars. We’re simply completely satisfied to see individuals injecting this hellish social media actuality with a bit of humor.
